These guy’s are awesome, I work on base and my truck broke down. My road side assistant couldn’t find anyone to take the tow until they got Tim’s Mannagift on the line! They got on base with no issues and went out of their way to make sure my truck was dropped off at my mechanic shop. Kristian was great with communication! He even texted me a picture of my truck safe and sound at the desired drop off location!

This company really came through for me on Christmas Day. Kristian showed up in a timely manner and was so helpful in making sure me, my kiddo, and dog were taken care of. He dropped us off at our hotel, recommended a repair shop, went as far as calling & getting a quote & ETA of repair, then preceded to drop of my car off at the shop so we could get back on the road to South Texas ASAP. Driver called within 5 minutes of me filing my claim and showed up 10 minutes later. My day even got better, Kristian, instead of towing my car, fixed the issue right there and then. He went above and beyond to suggest 2 auto places close-by who could help me with tire rotation and alignment for a fraction I was about to spend later that day. I called my Insurance company and Kristian responded to come to tow our car which just had an accident. Slid on ice in our neighborhood and smashed into the kerb causing considerable damage.
Kristian was very professional, careful, efficient, taking into consideration not to damage the car any more on loading the car onto a dolly.

What a fantastic experience. Thought something really major was wrong and were going to have to tow the vehicle to the dealership. Kristian was on it! He said let me check the battery first and make sure that it's not it. Well that was it. He Then checked the power on the alternator and gave us more great news. It wasn't compromised. He got our car started and even followed me to the auto supply shop. He went above and beyond. We were so lucky 🍀 that he was the one that came to help us !
